Shipping policy

All items are shipped via the USPS. We use First Class mail, generally 2 day delivery but during particular times of the year or during times of inundation by the USPS (Eg: holidays or pandemic times) that delivery time may be extended.

In general, if an item is valued at $ 100.00 or more, postal insurance will be automatically attached to the cost of postage. You may request insurance if you would like it, but that request MUST be submitted BEFORE final purchase or you will be billed separately for that cost. During the holidays, ALL shipments under $ 100.00 will also be insured due to the nature of late deliveries during that time. Maggie's Meltdown will cover that cost during the period from November 25th through December 31st, annually.

If you have more than one item, shipping costs maybe less than you are billed because of combined shipping. We will handle that by issuing a refund for the excess amount via Venmo or back to the credit card used. You may be contacted by us for your choice on that refund.
